Remembering Armistice: He Wawā Waraki

HE WAWĀ WARIKI - Armistice Commemoration

He Wawā Waraki: Roaring Chorus is a specially commissioned creative performance that weaves historic texts, contemporary poetry, waiata, dance and music to evoke the energy, sound and emotion of the moment war finally gave way to peace. It features performances from Jennifer Ward-Lealand, Maisey Rika, Supertonic, Hau Manu ki Te Papa and a 50-strong cast of dancers and drummers.
